The processing of red paprika from Martonoš begins immediately upon arrival from the field, where only healthy and fully ripe fruits are carefully selected. After loading, the paprika is thoroughly washed and then dried under controlled conditions to preserve its natural color, aroma, and quality.
Throughout the entire processing procedure, high standards of production, safety, and hygiene are maintained, ensuring a premium and health-compliant product.
The finished dried fruits are stored in a warehouse, from where they are ground according to the individual requirements of customers.
The dried fruits are then ground, and the result is the well-known, flavorful, and aromatic red ground paprika — an indispensable spice on every kitchen table.
The production facilities are equipped with a paprika washing unit, a drying chamber, a thermal treatment unit for paprika designed to ensure that the microbiological parameters meet the prescribed criteria and customer requirements, a paprika mill with a sieve precision of 300 to 450 microns, and a paprika mixing unit with a capacity of 1 ton.
The packaging section of the facility is equipped with modern automatic packaging machines for preparing the final product for transport and delivery.
